Complaining!


Hello bloggers, I warn you. I'm mostly going to complain! I don't feel like myself. You know that feeling when your mind is full but empty?! I've been dreaming a lot, meaning-less dreams, & waking up with headaches. I'm tearful when I don't need to be & it's really embaressing. I'm angry. Yes, angry at myself and others. Ok, so this is the point when I feel I'm driving everyone away. I'm lonely even when I'm with people. What is happenning to me???

I really need to do something about it. Any suggestions?

  3. Big pearlssssss....I feel exactly the same! I do feel lonely when I'm with people. I too don't know what's happening... All I can say is that this state is horrible.

  9. u need to know whats causing all of this.. and solve it.. i could tell u to find distractions, but its not healthy.. so try to figure out whats behind all the anger and start working on it.. inshalla everything will get better soon xx

    LOOL I read and thought pearls is complaining just like me :p when I read the note I cracked up! That's what blogging for..just taking it all out so u don't go koko..

    Seriously just take time away and try to be by yourself as much as u can cuz that's the only way you'll clear your head without any pressures.. And I sooooo know how it feels to be thinking and not thinking at the same time.. I wish u serenity :*

  15. mmm, what about doing something unusual?? well, it is hard to suggest since i don't know ur usual stuff but what about bunjee jumping? or skip work and go for breakfast with either ur hubby or dearest friend ...mmm, there is so many stuff you can do, i think u'll be ok just kisray el routine shway

  17. I can understand how irritating this feeling has been to you. It must have been bad... specially when you're in tears and you dont know why. Do you feel like there is something bad bothering you but you dont know what?

  21. I agree with some of the ppl above, take a break, safray somewhere relaxing. Or go get a massage, take time for your self. It happens to everyone. could it be hormonal?

  27. You know I've been in this state similar to yours ever since i started working. I just hated everyone and everything for no particular reason!

    The only medicine that really helped was looking and seeing that there were actually people who cared about me and woudln't leave me alone.

    This is good enough to get you back on track. Because without those people you'd be lost a long time ago :)
